When you place an order or contact us, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, payment information, and the files and details you submit for your project (product photos, logos, briefs, and any references or links). Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe — we do not store your full card details. We may also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device, and how you use our site, through standard analytics.

We use your information to deliver your order, communicate with you about your project, process payments, provide support, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

The assets you send us (photos, logos, briefs) are used to produce your video. We may feature finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out — you can decline this at intake or by emailing us at any time.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our payment processor (Stripe), our email and file-storage providers, and analytics tools — and only as needed to run the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep your information and project files as long as needed to deliver your work, provide support, and meet legal or business requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of portfolio use, by emailing hello@metriamotion.com.
