Terms of
Service.

These terms govern your purchase and use of services from Metria Motion ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

The service

We produce short cinematic product videos ("Motion Shots") from the assets you provide. Each order includes what is described on our pricing page at the time of purchase — including formats, one hook and call-to-action, and one round of revisions, unless your order specifies otherwise through add-ons.

Payment

Orders are paid in full at checkout via Stripe before production begins. Prices are as listed on our pricing page. Add-ons and volume pricing are applied at checkout.

What we need from you

After payment, you'll submit your product photo, logo, and a brief through our intake form. Your delivery timeline begins when we receive your usable assets and brief — not at the time of payment. If we don't receive what we need, we can't begin, and timelines pause until we do.

Turnaround

Standard delivery is 3–5 business days from receipt of your assets. Rush delivery, if purchased, is 24–48 hours. These are business-day estimates; we'll always communicate if anything affects timing.

Rush delivery (24–48 hours) begins when we receive your complete brief and assets, not at the time of payment. If a revision is requested, the rush timeline applies only to the initial delivery. Delays caused by late submission of assets, slow customer responses, or revision requests are not counted toward the rush window. Rush guarantees our turnaround speed on our end.

Revisions

Each video includes one round of revisions. To request your revision, reply within 7 days of delivery with your changes. If we don't hear from you within 7 days, the delivered version is considered final and approved, and the project closes. Revision requests are for adjustments to the delivered work — not for new concepts, new products, or changes outside the original brief.

How we work

All communication happens over email — we don't conduct calls or meetings. This lets us put our time into the work itself.

Ownership & usage

Once your order is paid and delivered, the finished video is yours to use across your own channels — ads, listings, social media, and your website. You're responsible for ensuring the product photos and materials you send us are yours to use. We retain the right to feature finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out, which you can do at intake or by emailing us.

Refunds

Because each Motion Shot is custom work produced specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once production has begun or work has been delivered. Your included revision is there to make sure you're happy with the result. In rare cases where something has genuinely gone wrong, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial goodwill refund — but this is an exception, not a standard policy. If you have a concern about your delivery, email us and we'll work to make it right.

Acceptable use

We reserve the right to decline or stop work on any order that involves illegal, infringing, or harmful content, or material we're not comfortable producing.

Limitation of liability

Our service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
